Accident coverage

coverages. Benefits are for Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Hospital Confinement,
Disability, Dislocation & Fracture, Ambulance and Medical expenses. Additional

to provide accident

Hospital Indemnity
Insurance (“SHOP”)
SHOP Coverage (Supplemental Health Options Policy) is a plan that is built
to fit each individual's needs when employees “SHOP” for benefits. The basic
SHOP plan pays a daily benefit for hospital confinement.
Employees “SHOP” for
additional benefits from a list that includes initial hospitalization,
surgery and
anesthesia, emergency room accident, inpatient, outpatient, at-home nursing, accident
disability, etc.
Universal Life
Insurance
Universal Life insurance provides a death benefit and, over time, may provide a
fund value, which can be used for retirement, children’s education or emergencies. You
may vary the premiums paid into the policy, you get tax- deferred fund value accumulations,
competitive current interest rates, and are guaranteed a minimum interest rate.
Should
you decide to borrow against the fund value accumulated in the life insurance policy, the
loan is not dependent on credit checks or other restrictions. What makes this policy
different from others is that there is a Long-term care rider available! This is a fairly
inexpensive way to plan for the future.
